Visions and Dreams

Strange Dream
In the dream I was in an amusement park in an unknown country with a friend of mine. I won a digital camera in one of the many games. Me and my friend walked along in the park taking pictures here and there. After a while we decided to review the pictures we had taken. After scrolling a few obvious ones we came upon a picture of a dirty street running along side of a river in what looked like an old world city.

Either side of the river had concrete walls and I could see a bridge far in the distance. The main focus of the picture showed 4 young boys, I'd guess 10-12 years of age, they were dressed in old dirty clothes and it was apparent they weren't to well off. Anyway they were standing one foot on a sidewalk and the other foot on a dead swollen cow that was laying on the street.

My friend and I were at a loss of how to explain how the picture got in the camera, when upon closer examination we were able to see that down the street from the boys, maybe 100yds, you could see us walking towards the cow. When I awoke the dream left me with an eerie been there done that feeling, that lasted for a couple of days. Even now, weeks later, when I play the dream back in my mind I get an unsettled feeling.
